The buyer was a California-based group represented by a San Francisco Bay Area broker. The seller helped the buyer arrange financing through a local bank in Oklahoma. This was another example of Capital Pacific’s ability to connect a West Coast buyer to a passive investment opportunity outside of California; in this case, a smaller market in Oklahoma.
