
Capital Pacific successfully brokered the sale of a newly constructed multi-tenant building featuring credit tenants (Mattress Giant, Panera Bread, Regis, T-Mobile, Panda Express). The location was a pad site to a Target which was recently upgraded to a Super Target.
The Buyer was a local investor familiar with the local submarket and attracted to the strong demographics and location of the property. Capital Pacific helped the Buyer assume the existing debt on the property. This offering received substantial interest from the marketplace due to the new construction, location and credit tenants.
