Capital Pacific successfully brokered the sale of two freestanding, net leased Bi-Lo grocery stores, located in South Carolina. The absolute NNN leases are guaranteed by international grocer AHOLD, and had an average of ten years remaining on the primary lease term. Despite some challenges, the institutional seller and institutional buyer were able to close the transaction in approximately 60 days from start to finish. Capital Pacific, in conjunction with its South Carolina representative, were the only brokers involved in the sale.
