 Capital Pacific has again been named a CoStar Power Broker in the San Francisco, CA and Portland, OR markets. This award is a testament to the strength of our client and broker relationships (as well as the hard work) that allowed us to remain incredibly active in 2010. We delivered exceptional results for our clients last year, selling 77 properties with a total sales volume of over $253M. Capital Pacific was measured against all the commercial real estate brokerage firms in our respective regions and ranked on overall sales transaction volume for 2010 as reported to CoStar. |
