 Two Dollar Generals, both located in Jacksonville, FL closed last week. Capital Pacific had a hand in all aspects of the process, from representing the Seller and Buyer to leveraging industry connections to help the buyer get financing.The buyer had previously been represented by Capital Pacific in the sale of a Walgreens located in Houston, TX. Following the success of that sale, our team earned their repeat business and helped place the 1031 proceeds in these two assets.
