 Capital Pacific has recently brokered the sale of a Wendy’s restaurant located in Gardendale, Alabama, a bedroom community of Birmingham, AL. The Capital Pacific team tapped into our exclusive network of California buyers to source a 1031 trade investor for the asset. The buyer was attracted to the rent-to-sales ratio, the strength of the tenant, and the quality of the real estate (the property had recently been renovated). The seller was a 35-unit Wendy’s franchisee. |
