Just Two Days in Escrow - Taco John's in Kennewick, WA
 Capital Pacific is pleased to announce completion of the disposition of a free-standing Taco John’s restaurant in Kennewick, Washington. Capital Pacific was able to source a buyer within 42 days of bringing the property to market. All parties worked closely together with quickness and accuracy to negotiate amendments to the lease and close the property after only two days in escrow. The closing represents Capital Pacific’s 4th single tenant closing in the first 30 days of 2009.
