Olympic Feat: Four Properties Close
 Representing both Buyer and Seller, Capital Pacific recently closed 3 PetSmarts and a Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft store. The properties were part of a larger portfolio of big box and grocery concepts located throughout the Eastern/Southeastern United States.
