Three Single Tenant Closings
Capital Pacific has recently closed three single tenant properties.

The first, an Arby’s in Lindstrom, MN went to an investor from Southern CA, who already owned several Arby’s restaurants. The investor was also able to close quickly, meeting the seller’s timing deadline.

The second property, an IHOP in Clarksville,IN, was sold in cooperation with a Southern CA broker to a 1031 trade investor.

The final property, a Starbucks in Greensboro,NC was sold to an investor trading out of an apartment building investment.
