 Capital Pacific has advanced its presence in the Inter-Mountain West region with the recent closing of Westwood Plaza in Great Falls, Montana. The property was anchored by a Staples, Dollar Tree and Corral West Ranchwear. The sale included the 55,500 SF building as well as a developable pad that can accommodate a 13,000 SF building. The buyer was an out of state 1031 exchange buyer. |
