Trend Watch: Acceleration in Out-of-State Buying
 Private retail investors now make 72% of their investments outside of their home state, according to a recent report from national research firm Real Capital Analytics.
Stronger yields make out-of-state investments attractive, and buyers are increasingly interested in diversifying real estate portfolios geographically. Triple-net single tenant properties have made it possible to invest in distant markets without the need for a property manager.
